Barn Wood Frames

What better way to display your horse’s show win photo than in a barn wood frame made from the reclaimed boards of a more than 100 year old Pennsylvania threshing barn. The American Chestnut timbers were used to construct a new barn for the property. The siding and interior lumber was saved and are now being repurposed. HorseTail Legacy LLC is fortunate to have access to this unique wood. Each frame is made to highlight the patina of the boards to create a one of a kind frame. Custom size frames can be ordered as well.

How to Order Your Custom Piece

The time needed to create your piece will vary based on how complex the design. I will keep you informed and updated as to the progress of your order. In order for me to create fabulous items for your enjoyment, I will need you to send long strands of horse tail to me in a secure plastic bag via USPS flat rate box or envelope. Or any other shipping service that allows tracking of your package.

After I receive the tail, I need to create your custom piece. I will need details, such as the type of item you would like: bracelet, earrings, necklace, or other. To create the perfect item, a collaborative effort will be required to develop your keepsake.
